Jane Hart has written a report on the top 100 tools for learning. The list is based on views from a number of professionals who where asked to provide their top 10 tools for learning. The list is available here.
Interestingly, not that many tools actually developed for learning made it to the list. For instance, only two course management systems are in top 100. Moodle (no. 12), and Drupal (no. 72) - whereas Blackboard is no. 101.
